In the 1 hour consultation we’ll touch upon:
safe sleep (or as safe as possible considering your personal goals) and optimum sleep environment for your baby or child.
constant and soothing sleep rutine (which precedes the process of falling asleep), according to your child’s age and temperament and the adults’ personal styles.
optimum sleep schedule, by taking into consideration the circadian sleep rhythms (for children older than 4 months), sleep pression (awake time and level of activity) and child’s sleepy cues (which you will learn to notice from the very beginning).
why it is important for your child to learn to fall sleep and stay sleep independently (or with less of your involvment), how can you achieve this (if it’s one of your goals), how ready you are now to start a change or how can you prepare yourself to support the process in the future.
